Another major step towards achieving your goal is restricting the consumption of alcohol and smoking of cigarettes.

Some doctors may ague that cider vinegar is corrosive to the walls of the stomach, a statement that has been proven wrong. Consume the vinegar with other foods so as to increase its effects.
